How to get credentials

Yahoo Finance does not provide an official public API key. API Import uses the YH Finance API on RapidAPI for this connector.

  1. Open the YH Finance API page on RapidAPI.
  2. Subscribe to a RapidAPI plan that fits your usage.
  3. Copy your X-RapidAPI-Key from RapidAPI.
  4. Open API Import for Sheets from the Google Sheets Extensions menu.
  5. Select Yahoo Finance from the API selector.
  6. Under Credentials, click Add another credential.
  7. Paste the RapidAPI key and click Save Credential.
